FAQ
What should I wear?
A. This question is so important! First and foremost, it is best to choose clothes that you feel comfortable and confident in. Second, it is important to know that bright colors and bold prints can distract from the focus of the photos (your beautiful faces!). When considering the color scheme for your session, consider what you look best in and what fits the time of year. Consider a warmer toned palette during the fall and spring and cooler toned color palette during the summer and winter. Keep in mind that I want you to look and feel amazing in your photos- so with that being said- last (but not least) if you are ever feeling unsure, please ask me for suggestions or send me a photo of your outfits together and I can help you choose!
How many images are included?
A. For most sessions, I include 25-50 edited high resolution jpeg photos. For elopements and micro-weddings the number varies from 100+. Keep in mind, I always select the very best of the best from every session!
Do you give out raw/unedited photos?
A. Sorry, but no I do not. The editing process is the fingerprint of LJC Photography and what makes it uniquely mine. If you are ever unhappy with a photo I will do my very best to make edits to suit your preferences (including removing blemishes etc. you may want fixed) but I cannot make you taller/thinner nor would I honestly want to. I want you to look like the beautiful and unique YOU that you are!
When will we receive our pictures?
A. The day you've truly been waiting for! You will receive some sneak peeks within 24-48hrs. Your full gallery will be delivered within 2-3 weeks of your session day. When your images are ready they’ll also be featured on the blog and delivered via online gallery! You’ll receive a PIN code to download your images and I encourage my clients to pour their favorite beverage, sit back, relax, and enjoy reliving their day together!
Are travel fees included in your sessions?
A. Travel fees are included in local locations. For locations over 1 hour from me, there will be a fee of $1 per mile.
